Want to explore the local mountains around WNMU? Join the Outdoor Program for a March Summit Sunday hike up Gomez Peak. Gomez Peak is a great introduction to hiking and the local trails of Silver City. This is mild and interesting hike of about 3.5 miles rounds trip, including about 750 feet of elevation gain. Active clothing and quality footwear are also required for this experience.
