As we close out Black History Month, BSU will be hosting our 3rd annual Black Unity Ball. This is a formal gala where students of color on our campus will be awarded for outstanding academics, student athlete status, and student leadership. This years theme will be Mardi Gras! At its core, Mardi Gras in Black culture represents resilience, community pride, artistic excellence, and reclaiming public space — turning exclusion into celebration and visibility.
